Rameshkumar Varanganti, SAP Cloud Integration Lead

I began my career in 2006 as an SAP integration developer and progressed through technical lead, architect, delivery lead, and enterprise integration leadership roles across IBM, Verizon, and Sims Limited. Over more than 20 years, I have designed and led complex enterprise integrations spanning SAP, cloud platforms, HR, finance, sales, banking, APIs, and large-scale digital transformation programs. At Sims Limited, I serve as SAP Cloud Integration Lead, where I lead enterprise integration architecture, standards, solution reviews, vendor delivery, and production reliability across SAP and non-SAP platforms. I have also advanced the use of AI in enterprise integration through initiatives such as the SAP Integration AI Assistant, AI-assisted development, and intelligent troubleshooting and exception analysis. My work has received external recognition, including a Silver Globee Award for Technology Excellence and three Bronze Stevie Awards in 2026 for achievements in artificial intelligence, software, and business transformation. I have also published research and technical articles on AI, SAP integration, and enterprise automation, and contribute to the technology community through peer reviewing, award judging, mentoring, and knowledge sharing. Throughout my career, I have focused on combining deep technical expertise with practical innovation, leadership, and measurable enterprise impact.
