1. Designing Behavior Score Framework I designed a cloud-native behavioral scoring framework capable of analyzing millions of customer accounts in real time. Unlike legacy systems that only assess delinquent accounts, this framework proactively calculates a behavior score for every customer, whether they have an outstanding balance. Leveraging machine learning and statistical analysis, I architected the Behavioral Scoring Framework to optimize decision-making within the collections process. By synthesizing disparate data sources and validating predictive algorithms, the framework delivers real-time risk profiling at both the account and portfolio levels.
