I began my career as a software developer and progressed to Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead over 10+ years, with increasing responsibility for system architecture, team leadership, and technical strategy at enterprise scale. At Walmart Global Tech (2018–Present), I rose from individual contributor to leading an 8+ engineer team responsible for retail systems deployed across 4,500+ stores nationwide. Key milestones include architecting associate-facing mobile platforms with 80,000+ daily users, designing event-driven systems processing 200+ million daily events, building WebSocket infrastructure supporting 10,000+ connections per second, and creating multi-region failover architectures ensuring near-zero downtime for critical checkout operations. Prior to Walmart, at Cyma Systems/YRC Freight (2015–2018), I supported dispatch operations across 300+ distribution centers and built routing systems enabling 10,000+ daily freight movements, establishing my foundation in large-scale distributed systems. In parallel with industry work, I developed an independent research track focused on human-centered AI and software engineering. I hold a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and have authored peer-reviewed publications in IJFMR and manuscripts under review at IJACSA, with preprints available on SSRN and TechRxiv.
