Through the adoption of the AI across key customs operations, the Smart Self-Clearance for Unrestricted Goods, Smart Post-Clearance Audit, Smart Goods Valuation and Verification of Foreign Importer Codes solutions aim to enhance customs processes and improve data quality, contributing to the facilitation of trade and the smooth flow of goods while enhancing customer satisfaction through simplified procedures and reduced processing times. The Smart self-clearance for unrestricted goods, allowing users to upload files directly like invoices and supporting documents using smart devices. The system automatically extracts and verifies data, completes clearance requests, and sends real-time notifications to relevant parties. The smart valuation of goods compares declared values against global and local reference prices to ensure accuracy and eliminate fraudulent and detect manipulation in declared goods values. The verification of importers' registration codes reviews documents and automatically flagging cases that require further review, with automated alerts for resolution. The post-clearance customs audits analyze clearance transactions in real time to detect discrepancies and anticipate future trends, thereby enhancing customs compliance.
