Sustained Leadership in Applied Industrial IoT Innovation

I started my career as a Mechanical Quality Engineer and progressed into senior leadership roles in manufacturing quality and intelligent systems engineering over the past decade. Throughout my career, I have led large-scale quality and technology transformation initiatives across automotive and electronics manufacturing, integrating artificial intelligence, Industrial IoT, and data-driven quality systems into production environments. Key milestones include leading AI- and IoT-enabled quality transformation programs adopted by Tier-1 suppliers and OEM partners, authoring multiple IEEE conference papers and Elsevier–Scopus indexed journal publications, and deploying self-healing and predictive manufacturing systems that delivered measurable reductions in defects, downtime, and operational risk. My work in intelligent manufacturing and industrial AI has been featured by Forbes and the Chicago Tribune, recognizing my contributions to next-generation manufacturing technologies. I have also served as a technical judge for the NASA TechRise program, evaluating emerging innovations in aerospace, robotics, and advanced engineering systems. I currently serve as a Supplier and Customer Project Quality Lead, where I mentor four cross-functional engineering teams across U.S. manufacturing facilities, including operations in Indiana, Texas, and Chicago. In parallel, I manage global supplier quality programs involving Japan and China, coordinating internationally distributed engineering and manufacturing teams to drive scalable, globally aligned quality and technology strategies.
