Big Data Cloud Platform Architect

I have steadily advanced by integrating academic research with practical exploration, focusing on combining data intelligence with business applications and cloud services. In 2019, as a core member of Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis, I won the championship of Teradata Data Challenge, a top-tier global analytics competition.Leading a team to address donation challenges for Hire Heroes USA, I built a technical framework using causal inference and time series models, integrated over 100,000 donation records, developed a full-life-cycle donor analysis system, and designed actionable marketing and loyalty plans—standing out among more than 50 elite university teams worldwide. After graduation, I joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Cloud Support Engineer, specializing in core cloud services including OpenSearch, Kafka and Kinesis. I focused on cloud architecture design, big data analysis optimization and complex fault troubleshooting, providing end-to-end technical support for global clients. I have solved over 1,000 complex cloud service issues in total, and was repeatedly awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for my top performance, gaining recognition from both the company and clients. I having published papers in professional journals such as the Journal of Artificial Intelligence Practice and Advances in Computer, Signals and Systems. I presented research findings at international conferences including The 7th International Conference on Computing and Data Science, The 3rd International Conference on Machine Learning and Automation, 2026 International Conference on Intelligent Networks, Distributed Computing and Internet of Things, and 2026 International Symposium on AI for Science and Interdisciplinary Discovery.
